Dr. Selim Seval in the Board of Directors of FEBIS

Dr. Selim Seval, a member of Board of Directors of Finar Enformasyon Derecelendirme ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri A.Ş., has been elected to the board of directors of FEBIS (Federation of Business Information Services), an organization established by the leading business information provider companies of Europe in 1973 and considered as the “European Union” of the industry.

Dr. Selim Seval a Member of Board of Directors of Finar was elected to the board of directors of FEBIS. Established by the leading business information provider companies of Europe in 1973 based in Frankfurt, FEBIS now has more than 60 active corporate members (operating in the commercial information, credit rating, database management, collecting debts and factoring segments).

FEBIS is an important institution with its workforce of more than 20,000 industrial experts who prepare more than 180 million business information and consumer reports as its total annual sales are around 2.5 billion euros.

A member of Finar A.Ş.’s Board of Directors Dr. Selim Seval said the members of the FEBIS prepare business information and consumer reports for more than 500,000 companies each year. Highlighting the fact that Finar has been a member of FEBIS since 2009, Seval said, “FEBIS is a very important institution for our industry. We, as Finar, have been a member of this organization since two years. I was elected to the board of directors in the latest general assembly meeting. This is an honor for us. We are very happy to take part in the FEBIS’ management as a representative from a non-EU company”.
